Rooted in early cultural experiences with food, gastronomy is central to his design lens — His studio, p_l_an_t, envisions a plant-based future where creativity and sustainability reshape our environments and everyday habits.
With a background in architecture (BA + MA, University of the Arts London), Rohit has tutored and worked on a range of projects spanning architecture, dining experiences, curation, and design — for both artistic and commercial contexts.
